Emergency aid to Ukraine – food, warmth and power become crucial

Winter has arrived in Ukraine, and the need for humanitarian aid is growing again. Støt Ukraine sends canned food, warm clothing, hand warmers and portable power stations from Denmark to soldiers, civilians and children close to the front.

The cold has arrived in Ukraine, and the need for humanitarian aid is growing again. Støt Ukraine continuously sends emergency aid to Ukraine, helping soldiers, civilians and children – especially in areas close to the front line and in the grey zones, where the supply situation is difficult and ordinary transport is often limited by the fighting.

An important part of our aid to Ukraine is food and long-life provisions. Among other things, we buy and send canned food, because it keeps for a long time and is practical to transport all the way to vulnerable areas. At some positions ordinary delivery is not possible, so smaller supplies are carried the last stretch by drone.

Warmth for soldiers and civilians

Autumn and winter bring new needs. As temperatures drop, we send hand warmers, foot warmers, warm clothing and other products that help people stay warm in difficult conditions.

This applies both to Ukrainian soldiers at the front and to civilians in areas where the war has made everyday life and normal supply difficult. Our humanitarian work also includes support for Ukraine's children and families who find themselves in particularly vulnerable situations.

Portable power stations for Ukraine

Power supply has also become a central part of the need for emergency aid to Ukraine. Portable power stations such as EcoFlow, Anker SOLIX and similar solutions can provide electricity when the regular power grid is down.

They can be used for communication equipment, mobile phones, lighting and other essential electrical equipment. That is why Støt Ukraine also works to source and transport portable power stations to areas where stable access to electricity can no longer be taken for granted.

From Denmark directly to Ukraine

Støt Ukraine collects and transports emergency aid from Denmark to Ukraine. The aid is coordinated according to concrete needs and passed on to our contacts and recipients in Ukraine.

Food and canned goods, warm clothing, hand and foot warmers, medical supplies, equipment and portable power stations are among the things that are continuously needed.

The goal is simple: to get concrete help from Denmark to the people in Ukraine who need it.
